Hey! I’m Amy, a special education teacher and hobby photographer from Mount Vernon, WA. Born and raised in the Skagit Valley, I have always loved the outdoors and am obsessed with the diverse landscapes of Washington.
In 2008, I was gifted my first camera, and after filling a memory card during a simple hike at Deception Pass, the world of nature photography was opened.

I am a special education teacher in Anacortes where I get the pleasure to work with students on the Autism spectrum. Photography serves an important role—providing a break from the busyness of the classroom and lesson planning, allowing me to enjoy the calm of nature. I love sharing the stories and images of what I capture!
Photos go through basic exposure and contrast edits, but not much beyond that. What you see printed is what I saw when capturing the images. No need to enhance colors and replace the sky when it is already beautiful
and unique as is!

I sell photography prints and a variety of gifts! Prints, metal prints, tote bags, greeting cards, playing cards, puzzles, stickers, magnets, the sky is the limit! Special order photo gifts are available as well!
